kentaurolabs.com uses no cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers and no social media pixels. It stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain, so your visit is not shared with third parties such as Google.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

If you email us or book a call, we process the data you send: typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to reply, schedule a call and prepare a proposal.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Contract-related records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your messages are stored with our email and calendar providers, who process them on our behalf under data processing agreements.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct or delete it,
• restrict or object to its processing,
• transfer it to you or another provider.

Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

If we change how we process data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
